Soundtracks offers three levels of personalized songcrafting. Every package results in an original song developed from the people, memories, emotions, and message you share with me. The difference between the packages is the depth of our collaboration, the refinement process, and the time devoted to discovering your story.

One light refinement for a factual error, pronunciation issue, or small wording change

The Essential Song is primarily a “tell me your idea and let me create it” experience. It does not include an extended consultation or a complete rewriting of the song.

How Consultations Work

My preferred consultation method is a private voice conversation through Discord. Speaking together often makes it easier to uncover the feelings, memories, and small personal details that can give a song its heart.

If Discord voice is not comfortable or convenient for you, RLC private messages and guided response pages on this website are available as written alternatives. Other arrangements may also be possible upon request.

RLC in-world text chat works well for quick questions and brief clarifications, but it is generally too limited for a complete song consultation.

During the songcrafting process, I may provide a private link to a short guided response page. These pages allow you to answer a few specific questions, confirm important details, or provide feedback at your convenience.

What Is a Revision?

A revision is an opportunity to improve the song we have already developed. It may include changes to lyrics, emphasis, structure, or musical presentation that remain consistent with the original request and agreed creative direction.

A request to change the central story, intended recipient, or overall concept—or to begin again in a completely different genre—is considered a new song rather than a revision.

Small factual corrections or pronunciation issues will always be taken seriously.

Understanding the Completion Times

The completion periods shown above are normal turnaround times rather than absolute guarantees. Your timeline begins once your request has been accepted and I have received the information needed to begin.

Incomplete information or delays in responding to questions and reviewing versions may extend the completion date. If your song is needed for a particular event, please include the event date when submitting your request.

Priority Memorial Delivery

Sometimes a song is needed quickly for a funeral, memorial service, or celebration of life.

Priority Memorial Delivery may be available by special arrangement and is subject to my schedule. Because of the shortened timeline, this service will normally follow a focused version of the Signature Song process and include one revision round.

Please contact me before submitting a time-sensitive memorial request so that I can confirm whether the necessary delivery date is possible.

Song Videos

Video production is not included in any song package.

Every video project presents different creative and technical requirements, so video services are offered separately as optional add-ons. Availability, production time, and price will depend upon the photographs, footage, visual style, and editing required for the individual project.

You never need to purchase a video to receive or enjoy your completed song.
