Every meaningful song begins with a story. You do not need songwriting experience, musical training, or perfectly written answers to request a personalized song from Soundtracks. You only need an idea of what you want the song to mean.
Our request form guides you through the information we need to understand your song, its purpose, and the people or memories behind it. This page will help you prepare before you begin.

What to Expect

The Personalized Song Request form contains six short sections:
Your contact information
Your songcrafting experience
Your song and its purpose
Musical style and mood
The story behind your song
Package selection, acknowledgments, and submission

Most people should allow approximately 15–30 minutes to complete the form. A request involving a detailed life story, wedding, memorial, or several recipients may take longer.
The form does not need to be completed like a school assignment. Write naturally, use your own words, and provide as much or as little detail as you feel is needed to explain your vision.

Information To Gather

Before opening the form, you may find it helpful to think about:
Who the song is for and the name or nickname you want used
The occasion or purpose of the song
The main feeling or message you want it to express
Important memories, milestones, people, places, or dates
Special words, promises, sayings, or inside jokes
Musical styles, moods, instruments, or vocal types you prefer
Subjects, names, language, or personal details that should be avoided
The date by which you hope to receive the song
You do not need an answer for every item. Part of our consultation is helping you make creative decisions.

Protecting Your Privacy

Personal songs sometimes involve private relationships, emotional memories, or sensitive experiences. Only share information you are comfortable providing for the purpose of creating your song.
Please do not submit:
Passwords, account numbers, financial information, or government identification numbers
Private contact information belonging to another person
Medical details that are not necessary to tell the story
Information that could place someone at risk
Material you do not have permission to use
If a story is especially sensitive, you may describe it in general terms on the form and ask to discuss the details privately during the consultation.

Choosing A Package

The request form includes the following service levels:
Essential Song — $10 or 150 Rays
A practical choice for a straightforward song idea with a limited creative process. Estimated turnaround is generally 7–10 days after the order is accepted and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Collaborative Song — $20 or 300 Rays
Our most popular option for customers who want to share ideas, provide feedback, and participate in shaping the song. Estimated turnaround is generally 10–14 days after acceptance and payment confirmation.
Premium Song Experience — $50
Designed for detailed stories, important occasions, and customers who want a more extensive creative process. Please allow up to one month. This package includes up to two revisions within the agreed scope.
Video creation is not automatically included in any song package. If you would like a video, ask about available add-on options during the consultation.
Turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Rush service may be available for some requests and may require an additional charge. A rush deadline must be confirmed before work begins.

What Happens After You Submit

Submitting the form begins the consultation process. It does not automatically:
Guarantee that the request will be accepted
Create a binding order
Confirm the selected package or final price
Guarantee the requested completion date
Require you or Soundtracks to proceed
We will review your answers and contact you using your preferred contact method. Our preferred consultation method is a private voice conversation through Discord, but alternatives may include email or the Red Light Center messaging system. In-world text chat is available only when necessary because it is not well suited to detailed song consultations.
Before work begins, we will confirm the project scope, package, price or Rays amount, expected schedule, revision allowance, and method of delivery.

AI-Assisted Songcrafting

Soundtracks uses human creative direction together with AI-assisted tools to develop original songs. AI-generated music can produce unexpected differences in vocals, pronunciation, arrangement, or performance. We guide and refine the creative process, but no particular voice, musical result, or exact interpretation can be guaranteed.
References to favorite songs or artists help us understand your preferences. We will not intentionally copy an existing song, reproduce protected lyrics, or promise an exact imitation of a particular performer.
