Crafters Warehouse is more than a new venue. We are building a community team around a different kind of entertainment—original AI-generated and AI-assisted music inspired by the creativity, stories, and experiences of people throughout RLC.
We are looking for friendly, dependable people who would enjoy helping us introduce this new entertainment option to the community. Whether you want to take an active role at our events or simply help behind the scenes, there may be a place for you on the Crafters Warehouse team.
Ways You Can Be Part of the Team
DJs
Help us create an enjoyable atmosphere by presenting a mix of community-created AI music and familiar favorites. DJs may volunteer for individual events or become part of our continuing event team.
Inviters and Greeters
Help spread the word before an event or welcome guests when they arrive. You may be the first person someone meets at Crafters Warehouse—and the person who helps them feel at home.
Sponsors
Support an individual event, activity, prize, or other part of the Crafters Warehouse experience. We will work with sponsors to find an arrangement that benefits both the event and their RLC business or organization.
Dance Teams
We are happy to hear from dance teams interested in appearing during one of our special events. Your performances can bring additional energy and variety to an experience centered around original community music.
You Don’t Have to Do Everything
Being part of the team does not require a major commitment. You might offer two hours during one event, welcome guests occasionally, help promote a special program, or become one of the familiar faces people associate with Crafters Warehouse.
What matters most is that you are friendly, reliable, supportive of others, and interested in helping us create something positive for the RLC community.
Our First Big Opportunity
Our grand opening will take place on August 15, 2026, when Crafters Warehouse is featured as the VWW of the Day. We are currently putting together the team that will help us welcome the community and make this first event memorable.
If you cannot participate on August 15 but would like to help with future events, we would still love to hear from you.
Let’s Create Something Together
Crafters Warehouse is just getting started. This is your opportunity to become part of the team at the beginning and help us shape what it can become.
Tell us how you would like to participate, what interests you, and when you may be available.
